The main task of crossfit is to strengthen our muscles, so training includes exercises based on our body weight. Pulling up on a stick is such a way of strengthening. If we have more space and want to create a more professional training place, we recommend the so-called Wall Rings. These are metal, very strong structures mounted to the wall, thanks to which we will gain certainty and stability. Bars at such stands are attached to withstand a weight of up to 150 kg. Additionally, wall mounting is very easy. One such construction will allow us to perform even several types of pull-ups, including those with additional weight. The bar can be set at different heights, tailored to our needs. To such a construction, we can easily mount the recently very popular TRX tapes, which will perfectly complement our training. With them, we will perform both arm exercises, such as chin-ups with biceps bending, or very professional squats.


Chests are also perfect for crossfit. These are wooden structures of different heights that you can jump on and jump on. They are made to withstand the right weight. In addition, they can also be used as an ideal support for balance exercises or squats. In order to save space, the producers came up with the idea to hide boxes of different heights in each other, thanks to which we will gain various exercise devices without wasting space.

Hooks and racks

Additional accessories that will certainly work well when it comes to crossfit are hooks. They can be used for a variety of instruments. We will attach a climbing rope to them, but also the same hook attached to the floor will be perfect for attaching dragging ropes and for other dynamic exercises, just with the use of ropes. In addition, hooks will be used when we want to place weights or kettelbel on them. A very practical accessory is a stand that will help to organize our barbells and weights.
